Led by our experienced instructor, these weekly gatherings offer a safe and welcoming space for practitioners of all levels. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, you’ll find that our classes are accessible, inclusive, and tailored to meet your needs.

During each session, we’ll explore gentle flowing movements that are synchronized with the breath, helping to enhance strength, flexibility, and mobility. Through mindful movement and meditation, we’ll cultivate a sense of balance and calm that extends far beyond the yoga mat and into every aspect of our lives.

Yoga is for everyone – regardless of age, fitness level, or flexibility. It’s a practice that complements and enhances your everyday life, from improving athletic performance and reducing the risk of injuries to promoting mental clarity and better sleep. Simply put, yoga makes you feel good, both inside and out.

Our 5-week course will take place on Tuesdays from 7:30pm to 8:45pm, starting on April 23rd and concluding on May 21st. Each session will be followed by a relaxing tea ceremony, providing the perfect opportunity to connect with your fellow yogis and unwind together.

Spaces in our intimate class are limited to just 8 participants, so be sure to reserve your spot early. The cost for the entire course is £50, payable upfront. Please note that refunds will not be available for missed classes, so make sure to mark your calendar and commit to your practice.
